These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Repmation. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Overview
Repmation provides software tools that help local businesses request reviews, create QR review pages, track QR and click activity, manage technician attribution, and receive private customer feedback.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate business, billing, and contact information and to keep that information current.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Repmation for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deceptive review practices, fake reviews, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable review platform rules or third-party terms. You are responsible for how you request reviews from customers and for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
Third-Party Services
Repmation may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Stripe, Google review pages, email providers, analytics providers, and hosting providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, included features, extra seat charges, cancellation terms, and refund information are described during signup, in the billing area, or on the Refund and Cancellation page.
No Guaranteed Review Results
Repmation helps streamline review requests and feedback routing. We do not guarantee that customers will leave reviews, that reviews will be published by third-party platforms, or that ratings, rankings, revenue, or business outcomes will improve.
Service Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to operate, improve, or protect Repmation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repmation is provided as-is and as-available. Repmation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
