Repmation provides review-request and reputation automation tools for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users and business owners.

Information We Collect

We may collect business profile information, owner contact information, signup details, billing identifiers from Stripe, review-page activity, QR scan and click activity, private feedback submitted by customers, contact form submissions, and technical information such as IP address, browser information, and timestamps.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage Repmation accounts, provide owner dashboards and QR review pages, route happy customers to public review links, route unhappy customers to private feedback, process billing through Stripe, send service-related emails, respond to contact requests, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Repmation does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Email and Marketing

We may send transactional emails related to account setup, billing, private feedback, and support. If a user opts in to marketing communications, we may also send product updates or related marketing messages. Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails where applicable.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Repmation, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or needed to protect the service, users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet business and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Business owners may contact us to request account or data deletion, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Repmation is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
