Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for Repmation.

Monthly Subscriptions

Repmation is billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. The current plan price and any additional seat charges are shown during signup, inside the billing area, or in Stripe checkout.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting Repmation support through the contact page or by emailing support@repmation.com. We will help cancel the subscription and confirm the account status.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, account access may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is canceled immediately, closed for policy reasons, or otherwise restricted.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Repmation may review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals, service-access issues, or other exceptional circumstances.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the account may become inactive until billing is updated. The billing page may direct account owners to Stripe to update payment information.

Extra Seats or Add-ons

Additional technician seats or add-ons may adjust the subscription total. Removing seats or canceling add-ons may affect future invoices depending on Stripe billing timing and proration settings.
